We are pleased to announce that we will be using the modern and convenient NFCtron payment system at this year’s Paradise Open Air Festival in Martin. This technology will make your festival experience even better and more seamless. Here’s everything you need to know about using NFCtron wristbands at our festival.
How does it work?
- Register and get a wristband:
- When you enter the festival, you will receive an NFCtron wristband that will serve as your electronic wallet.
- You can charge your wristband with credit at designated locations on the festival grounds or online via the NFCtron platform prior to the event.
- Payments at the festival:
- All payments for food, beverages, merchandise and other services will be made cashless via wristband.
- Simply attach the wristband to the point-of-sale terminal and the payment will be processed immediately. It’s fast and safe.
- Topping up credit:
- If you run out of credit during the festival, you can simply top it up at special top-up stations on site.
- You can use cash, a payment card or the NFCtron mobile app .
- Balance check:
- You can check your credit balance at any time at the top-up stations or via the NFCtron app.

What to do if I lose my bracelet?
If you lose your wristband, please report it immediately at the information booth on the festival grounds. Your bracelet will be deactivated and you will receive a new one with the remaining credit transferred.
Important information
- Payments by other means: Only payments via NFCtron wristbands will be accepted at the festival. Please prepare for this system in advance.
- Support and help: if you have any questions or problems, you can contact the staff at the locations marked with the NFCtron logo or at the information booth.
