We are pleased to announce that we will be using the modern and convenient NFCtron payment system at this year’s Paradise Open Air Festival in Martin.<\/strong> This technology will make your festival experience even better and more seamless. Here’s everything you need to know <\/strong>about using NFCtron wristbands at our festival.<\/p>\n\n

How does it work?<\/h4>\n\n

  1. Register and get a wristband:<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • When you enter the festival, you will receive an NFCtron wristband that will serve as your electronic wallet.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You can charge your wristband with credit at designated locations on the festival grounds or online via the NFCtron platform<\/strong> prior to the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Payments at the festival:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • All payments for food, beverages, merchandise and other services will be made cashless<\/strong> via wristband.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Simply attach the wristband to the point-of-sale terminal and the payment will be processed immediately. It’s fast and safe.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Topping up credit:<\/strong>\n

        • If you run out of credit during the festival, you can simply top it up at special top-up stations<\/strong> on site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • You can use cash, a payment card or the <\/strong>NFCtron mobile app <\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Balance check:<\/strong>\n

          • You can check your credit balance at any time <\/strong>at the top-up stations or via the NFCtron app.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

              If you lose your wristband, please report it immediately at the information booth on the festival grounds. <\/strong>Your bracelet will be deactivated and you will receive a new one with the remaining credit transferred.<\/p>\n\n
