KAAZE, proper name <strong>Mick Kastenholt<\/strong>, is a young Swede from Helsingborg whose career started to skyrocket in 2012 when <strong>Ti\u00ebsto<\/strong> noticed him <strong>,<\/strong> appreciated his music and started collaborating with him. <\/p>\n<p>\n<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=i6wgDmjfxiA&#038;t=2s\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-dark-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ca4562092657443fc34fb9387c3cb2de wp-block-paragraph\">The journey into the world of music began long before this <strong>pivotal moment in his career. <\/strong>At the age of four, KAAZE started playing piano and drums, and little did he know then that a love of music had been ignited in him, which would later manifest itself in his musical life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-dark-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6a60a253d7293ab3a263549ad8f257db wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>At the age of 16, KAAZE&#8217;s musicality led to the discovery of <strong>house music,<\/strong> when his love for DJing and electronic music was awakened. It was this early sound in his repertoire of styles that launched his career, first with <strong>Ti\u00ebsto<\/strong> and then with <strong>Hardwell.<\/strong> Subsequently, in 2016, KAAZE signed a deal with the label<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.revealedrecordings.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Revealed Recordings<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-dark-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6c2e7b98d2f9d6b996e9fd3d2d102a17 wp-block-paragraph\">Fast forward a few years, KAAZE&#8217;s career has expanded and he has toured all over the world, has millions of streams and even made his way into the  <strong>Top100DJs Poll at 83rd place. <\/strong>  And collaborations with Steve Aoki and Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter John Martin, for the single &#8220;Whole Again,&#8221; blew KAAZE to new heights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Steve Aoki &amp; KAAZE ft. Another of the milestones of his career was his second album MICK, which features KAAZE as an artist and Mick as a person. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-dark-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-bb0e71034692634a1bde95bc4fcae3ed wp-block-paragraph\">After the release of this cathartic full-length album, his path began to take a different direction. Consisting of a mixture of<strong> techno, progressive<\/strong> and <strong>electro elements<\/strong>, KAAZE revealed a more minimal and reflective approach that harked back to the earlier sounds of his production with an emphasis on club music, reinventing everything from harder sounds to the structure of more refined melodic and lyrically based tracks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-dark-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a60bd24c20d7871be5a10c18dc55da97 wp-block-paragraph\">This new path opened up new but familiar grounds for him to expand his work.
